A few more things about our clinic
We do not perform immigration medical examinations.
Howick Health utilises CCTV in the waiting room and carpark areas for the security of the practice and staff.
Some clinical staff members are using transcription software with AI to help transcribe clinical notes. Conversations are transcribed simultaneously while they happen, which means no recordings are ever stored. If you do not wish not to have this used in your consult please let the doctor/nurse know. Normal test results will NOT be conveyed to you unless your doctor has specifically stated this. We encourage you to check your results on the MYINDICI patient portal or call the nurse if you wish to find out your results.
